I restored my old database, and installed norwegian language. Everything seems ok, until I test the site. On every place there is the following letters: ?, ? & ? it makes chinese letters (?), ? and other strange things. Just look:

Guest Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 Problem solved! If any other have this problem: Most likely this is caused by the default charset defined in apache. I've turned this off, now special letters work.
