I use easypopulate to manage my store, but whem i upload a new file to the system all the products go to status disabled, and the entrance date is store to 0, how can i do this work.

I have been searching for a solution on that whole upload problem for a few days now. In my case, PHP is set so that file uploads are not allowed so only FTP is possible and permissions are set different when using FTP versus the admin. What I do now is, I FTP my file to the tmp/ directory and than load it from there.

In the v_status field change to Active and don't put anything in the v_date_avail or v_date_added fields

 

That will make all items inserted Active and without any dates inserted they should be available when it's uploaded.

 

I would also suggest you get the Easy Populate Assistant it's a great MS Access program that will make life easier and be customized.
