Editing index.php

I feel borderline retarded here as I have configured my entire cart for the most part, but I can't get the index.php file edited. I need to get all the info from

"This is a default setup of the osCommerce project, products shown are for demonstrational purposes, any products purchased will not be delivered nor will the customer be billed. Any information seen on these products is to be treated as fictional." and so on all the way down to the "New Products For December" section (refer to my site holdemblvd.com).

How do I get rid of this stuff so I can insert information about my store like a normal home page? Is this something that is done through the admin section or is it something done manually?

Well that was ridiculously easy. Holy crap it was also a very fast response. I have another site that after being hacked 5 times in the last year (VPASP) I have finally decided to seek out another cart. This one looks like every admin's dream, thanks again.

No problem. Best of luck! PM me or post if you need any more help. osCommerce is an awesome cart I use it for all of my e-commerce clients.

Hmm, now my banners have disappeared. I have them setup in my banner manager and they have the green light. Any thoughts?
