Able to Write...config.php

I have read various accounts of what the chmod should be for config.php. I have tried all of the suggestions. I have tried allowing all rxw. I have removed rxw for everyone and I have tried every combination in between. It seems the file is getting updated, because I notice the changes have taken affect in the File Manager for osCommerce. However, I continue to get the error message.."I am able to write to..." P.S. I have cleared all cache, etc. and shut down browser..then reopened to be sure the file was really "updated" on my browser...still the same error.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated....
