In your two configure.php files

 

Change

 

define('STORE_SESSIONS', ' '); // leave empty '' for default handler or set to 'mysql'

 

To

 

define('STORE_SESSIONS', 'mysql'); // leave empty '' for default handler or set to 'mysql'

OR

you can create a folder tmp in :C:\xampp\htdocs\oscommerce\catalog\ and then go to admin->sessions and change the path to C:\xampp\htdocs\oscommerce\catalog\tmp
