Google only indexes my SSL pages :(

I have some bittersweet feelings right now. I'm happy that my new store is finally listed in Google (on page three when I search using the main keywords). But I was shocked to find that the only page from my osCommerce site that was indexed was: [example] https://sslcertificate.mysite.com/login.php

 

I would have much rather that it be: http://www.mysite.com or http://www.mysite.com/index.php

 

Can anyone please tell me why only this one SSL page was indexed when even the main page wasn't? I'm a newbie when it comes to SSL issues. Is there any security thread of having my SSL login.php page listed openly on Google? It's a shared SSL certificate.
