How to run the phpMyAdmin application?

you should search the internet for a phpmyadmin tutorial, will show you how to setup the application and then give you some pointers on how to use it

You have to set up the config file first.  Then you just access it by going to www.yoursite.com/phpmyadmin.

due to rules for the forum i am unable to post any links . . . i use google to search for phpmyadmin tutorial and a few showed up right away

There are four variables you need to set up in the config file. The instructions gives description of these. They are your host, username, password and mode. The first three you can get from your includes.configure.php file. Set the last one to config.
