Thanks guys, I figured it out.

 

For those of you who are looking for the same answer, here it is. The function is called from /catalog/includes/functions/html_output.php, and the function name is called tep_draw_radio_field.

 

Example:

 

tep_draw_radio_field([nameoffield],[value],[checked]);
