GIF Images error

Hello,

 

I was wonering if any one has encountered problems with displaying GIF images in osCommerce?

 

On my site all JPG images are displayed fine but the GIF images show up with a small "x".

 

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

What thumbnailer contribution do you have installed? Does your host meet the requirements (GD library?)

Hi,

 

I do not know which thumbnailer is installed. I will try to find out. However it used to work fine till I made some changes to my index.php page under /catalog/ to install another contribution.

 

Could you please tell me which contribution I need to install to be able to view GIF images?

.gif images usually display fine. I can tell you have a thumbnailer installed, because the path to an image looks like this:

 

http://gadgetbase.com/ecommerce/os/catalog/product_thumb.php?

 

Need to know which thumbnailer you have installed to help, you've probably messed up one of the settings from that contribution.

Thanks for your reply. I think I am using "on-th-fly" contribution. I refreshed the files and it seems to work fine. But may be not.

One question though (perhaps should not post here): How can I make the categories heading come in the title of the page (in the browser)?
