The customer part is in the virtual host while the admin part is in my pc .So I can admin my store remotely( update my db from internet). how can I do this? Is it just to phsically seprate two parts after install and make some changes to my configuration? But these two parts have some common modules such as payment, So I need some help, thanks a lot!

If your shop can connect to the database on your pc it can. Else, the admin part must be able to connect to the database where your shop is running. If either one of the two options is true :P then it is possible.
