Checkout Page Displays Different in Browsers

I just installed the CVV on cc.php mod. The mod works, and everything looks perfect in Internet Explorer. However, in Netscape and Safari, the checkout_payment.php page takes away all of the css stylesheet formating, and the page is totally distorted looking. Here is a link to the page, but you have to log-in to view the page:

I can't figure it out. Can someone please help? This is the only page that looks distorted, the others are all fine.

NEVERMIND! The css path had defaulted somehow to my local file. Oopps!
