DHL just stopped working....?

DHL module was working perfectly....

after a couple weeks, it just stopped working and is giving the error....

 

DHL/Airborne

An error occured with the DHL/Airborne shipping calculations.

If you prefer to use DHL/Airborne as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.

 

I don't think my client did anything to alter it...and I can't figure out why it would just stop working.

 

any ideas out there?

Yes started a few weeks ago.

 

I did get an answer from their tech support....he's asking me

"Can you please send me the XML Request that is being used?"

 

I know i did this before to test the api, but I forgot how....

does anyone know this processes of validating that xml?

if you have the latest version installed, it has a debugging mode to capture the request & response XML

I have same problem, The api request the server with username and pass and it also return the same thing.

 

any one have oscommerce module that have overcome this error?
