Don't want product listing to show up.

Hi,

 

The products that I have, don't have too much of a description. So, what I want to try to accomplish is to have my store setup where if someone clicks on a category, it shows all the products in that category just as it would if product were pulled up with the product_info.php page. So, I don't want to use the product listing, but would rather have all the products directly show the product_info.php information.

 

I'm hoping I'm making sense. I can get around if I can see other people's code, but I'm terrible at coding myself. That's why I'm asking for a little help. If anyone knows how to accomplish this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
