Zone rate shipping adds 3 Kg's to every order

Everytime someone orders something, say for example if it has a weight of 1.4 Kg's, when you go to the checkout it says it is 4.4 Kg's.

It does'nt matter what the weight is, it always adds on an extra 3 Kg's.

Negative, i dont see an option for that in my admin section, can you point me in the right direction.
