Hi,

 

When I go to the create account page, the bottom half is blank right under the 'login, retreive password, create account' menu. In case this is relevant, the 'retrieve password' page shows, but does not send the password to the user.

just for grins, replace your current create_account.php with a generic create_account.php file (for testing purposes) and see what happens. thus, rename / backup your current and and then ftp a copy from the standard download and see what you get. if it displays everything, then you can compare the code to find out what/where the exact problem is in the code.

The OScommerce site I'm working on has been modified quite a bit by the looks of things. There are several 'account_create.php' files throughout the site and they look completely different from the one you suggested, in fact, they're titled 'account_create.php' rather than 'create_account.php' as they are in the stock program.

 

I have a feeling the problem might be found in the URL of the page which ends in: php?pageID=account_create.php&section=account&subsection=create&osCsid=hi6ibkelgf2e0f0ud7ron8f472

 

If you're handy with php, HELP!
