smash123 Posted December 27, 2004 Posted December 27, 2004 I have tried using the backup function under Cpanel for backup my OSC but it only zipped all the emails files. Not the whole web directory. I know I can use ftp to download my whole web site but it takes extremely long time. I need something I can zip all the web files in server then download that single file. The Cpanel backup functions (I have tried full and home backup) are suppose to do that. Is there any way I can adjust the cpanel backup function to download the web directory? Or is there any program I can use to do what I need? Thank you for your advise.
Guest Posted December 27, 2004 Posted December 27, 2004 you will need to get with your host to find out why your cpanel doesnt work properly, that is not a function of osCommerce.
