Chaning colors issue.

I find several Stylesheet.css in my site. I have tried changing the colors of each of them, only to find that my info boxes Tops and background colors stay the same after changing them.

 

WHAT stylesheet changes these? The Knowledge base does not specify this, neither do any recommendations on how to change colors when I do a search in these forums.

it should be the one in /catalog/, although mine has one in the template directory of my choice (though that may be because I use a heavily modified store with BTS).
