Problem in acesing to my store and admin

i cant acees to my store and my admin area and the browser shows that

Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in /home/jcagosti/public_html/natural/admin/includes/functions/database.php on line 19

Unable to connect to database server!

Get a better host...

 

Your webhost can set a limit to connections but that is determined by your administrator. If you have persistent connections set to true in includes/configure.php change it to false.
