PROBLEM WITH SSL

Hi.

 

i have only just noticed, but whenever you get diverted to a page which uses my secure certificate, i am faced with a "this page cannot be displayed" page. can anybody help me PLEASE?

Do you have your own ssl certificate? If so you need to make sure it has been installed, if not and you are using a shared certificate you need to get the correct path and enter it in your two configure.php files.

Thank you for your reply. i do have my own ssl certificate, and it has been installed correctly, and worked over the last few months, nothing has changed in the config or anything, so could it be to do with something else? The SSL seems to be installed totally corect.

If it has been working correctly and you have not changed anything then I would contact your hosting company because it is not working correctly now and it is probably something they need to help you with.
