harborsales Posted December 25, 2004 Share Posted December 25, 2004 We moved our sites to a new host and now we have these errors can anyone tell me what is the problem and how to fix it? The database server usernames and passwords are correct in the configure.php files so I am really confused. Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: '[email protected]' (Using password: YES) in /home/bladepla/public_html/catalog/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server! Unable to connect to the database. Check $dbhost, $dbuser, and $dbpasswd in config.php Warning: The downloadable products directory does not exist: /home2/magdepot/public_html/download/. OceanRanch Posted December 25, 2004 Share Posted December 25, 2004 Is the DBSERVER entry set to "localhost"? If you recently changed or set the password on mysql did you "flush priveledges"? The "/download/." directory looks suspicious with the trailing /. .... double check your configure.php files. It seems that the directory should have been maybe "/public_html/catalog/download".
