Banner Manager not working in admin

Please help,

 

Been at it all day, and have installed os commerce2.2 milestone2 twice now but no luck...

 

The banner manager link in admin will not open, opens and displays "HTTP Error 406 - Not acceptable Internet Explorer ",

 

All other links and files are working ok in admin section besides the banner manager link, i have tried a full installation 2 times and uploaded the file 2 times but no luck.

 

i have changed catalog/admin/includes/graph to chmod777 but no luck

 

Please help.
