Help Vgr...What Did I Do?

I was simply trying to remove the header images and something went terribly wrong. This is the erros I get:

just reading the first error means you do not have a file named categories_dhtml.php file in includes/boxes directory, did u delete it? is it froma contribution you had added?

I got it. Had nothing to do with what I was working on. Somehow the boxes permissions was changed...that was strange.
