Payment method?

Hello, I am working on a site that will not have any payment method needed. Sales reps from around the territory will place orders for thier clients. Then it will be applied to thier account. Can someone tell me how I can bypass a payment method and still track the order for shipping and inventory. I am not well versed at osC and intermediate with PHP.

Admin | Modules | Payment Modules

 

I'm _reasonably_ sure that if you change the sort order to zero, that will disable the payment method at 'order time', however, simply 'uninstall' the payment method/s, if that does not work.
