spr1nt Posted December 23, 2004 Share Posted December 23, 2004 my current host lets me install the latest oscommerce through thier cpanel (fantastico), but this other host that im thinking about switching to does not. i would have to install it myself manuelly which ive done successfully at home and on other test servers. my question is, is thier a difference when installing it myself vs through a cpanel which seems more intregrated? in other words after both installs are done will i essentially have the same working oscommerce site? i hope this makes sense. If can install osC do not use the the osC install as a basis for choosing a host. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
