install error

Hi there,

 

I am tryin to install osc but have come stuck at the part when you have to run :

i get this error message

FATAL ERROR: register_globals is disabled in php.ini, please enable it!

 

 

Im new to php and am finding it difficult to find the file php.ini.

 

Can someone please help as i want to get my site upand running rather quickly.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
