Another post this morning from the UK. Is the world up?

My site is at http://www.mydomain.com for a start and the cart is at http://www.mydomain.com/cart and runs index.php at that point.

When I click on a link on the opening page of my site at http://www.mydomain.com how do I force the Catogory to be set to a specific value (e.g to show for example only Candles from my cart) when control is passed to http://www.mydomain.com/cart and runs index.php?

Many thanks, Gary

Again anyone who wants to have a closer look please see my site at http://www.menkaura.com

Hope I understand what you're going for here. You want a static link into a cat or sub cat?

Find the page your looking to jump to and copy/paste? Something like

/index.php/cPath/21_24

or do a search and copy the url from there into an href? (Minus any session info)

Sorry if I didn't grok what you're up to there.

In your case it would be something like /cart/index.php?cPath=21

Thanks Iggy

Simple really! On the picturetext I want to link I input the link as for example http://menkaura.com/cart/index.php?cPath=23 which will always pick up the Incense & holders on my site.

So the cPath changes depending on the Catogory/Sub Cat that I want to reference.

Many thanks, Gary
