Currency Updating Issue

Can someone confirm if this problem is due to Oanda's server problem or problem with my osC. It was working fine previously, not now it's not working anymore. Only change is SEF enabling.

I had one running fine and now I am getting that error too. I just loaded a new osc2ms2 in and did the same. It fails on checking the first one and then fails on the backup currency checking site. Anyone found a solution to this?
