Easy Populate. Import trouble.

I am install Easy Populate 2.74-MS2 and try import example file, but imported only firs goods. I am try install ver 2.6, but this trouble too. I am try import my file with two goods, but this troble too. Please help me.

 

I have P4-WinXP-Uniserv(Apache)-PHP 5.0.0-MySQL
