Adding own shipping and payment information

I have read all the other answers on this one. I wish to upload my own shipping and payment information. I have looked at line 16 for something to edit and I have looked for TEXT_INFORMATION ' put your text here.' neither seem to be located in my script below is my script from includes/laungages/english/shipping.php

 

have I downloaded the wrong php page? or is my page incorrect?

Wrong file you need to go to

 

includes/languages/english/shipping.php

 

You find that there are two of most of your files, one to format the page and do the functions and one to handle the text itself.
