CCGV installation problem

HI,

 

Well i have problem with the installation of the Credit Class and Gift voucher system and its eating up all my time any help wil be appreciated...

 

 

I have downloded the latest version of the CCGV system. My problem is that i have installed the contribution as per the instructions given and i added a new coupon from the admin and mailed that to my id and tried shoppping but i dont find any place where i can enter my coupon code to redeem the discount could anyone help me out ....

Have you checked out the support thread in the contribution section of the forum? That is the best place to go for help.

Did you run the extra sql tables you need to add to your database, and add the new image for the 'redeem' button?

Well than you for the reply but i have gone through thr installation instructions and done all that which ever is specified..

 

But still i am facing the problem if you can explain me if u know abt that will be helpful to me like in which page does the coupon code taken from teh customer

It should be on the checkout_payment.php page, right below the payment options e.g. credit card, payment by cheque etc.

 

Yes, I have installed this contribution before, and if you are not seeing the redeem button on that page then you have missed something out.

Thanks Rhea i got it working fine there was a problem with the installation i rechecked through the checkout_payment page and made the necessary changes and it got working fine.....
