Unable to determine the page link

This is apparently an old problem which, from the decrease in posts I could find about it, appears to have become easily fixable to everyone but me.

I am not a programmer by any means and I have tried all of the fixes following the instructions given (I load up the store on one computer and open the forum on another so I can read and compare as I go).

I get one of 2 results:

I either get no changes and the error still appears or I get a blank page and have to ftp a copy of the original file in order to get things working again.

I'm not sure what information would be most helpful, so here is what I can find:

HTTP server: Apache/1.3.28 (Unix)

System: Free BSD (our web hosting is through Yahoo)

OSCommerce 2.2 MS2

Php version 4.3.6

Globals are on

I'll be happy to provide any additional information requested

I can select an individual product under the main category heading but when I select the sub-category, I get the error message.

I hope this makes some sort of sense to someone because I totally confused.

We are trying to move away from our Yahoo store (just too difficult to keep updated with large numbers of products) and have been very impressed with Oscommerce.

Love it so far, just kinda stuck.

In your admin panel under configuration and MyStore set this false
