The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
♥Vger Posted December 20, 2004 Posted December 20, 2004 My advice would be to do a default install on the server, and then upload your files, except for the configure.php files (these will have been setup for the live online website during the install process). If you have entered products into the database of your local installation then go to the phpMyAdmin for your online website, locate the database you set up as part of the installation process, and import the data from your local install sql file. The alternative is to just upload all of your files, and then redo the file pathways in both configure.php files to reflect the pathways on the server. You'll also need to upload your database to your mysql folder. Vger
