Guest Posted December 20, 2004 Posted December 20, 2004 Yes, /brink-premfs1/myaccount/webroot/tienda/catalog/includes/configure.php and \\brink-premfs1\sites\myaccount\webroot\tienda\catalog\install\templates\pages\install_7.php are (chmod by SmartFTP is 777) I don't Know the problem

SiMania Posted December 21, 2004 Posted December 21, 2004 I'm on Brinkster and I'm having the same problem, they're windows servers so I can't CHMOD, can you dp the equivelant on a windows server?
SiMania Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 Update: I edited configuration.php instead as the permissions couldn't be changed. Now I can't mail from my site :( Will look around for a similar problem.

Guest Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 you should have been able to right click on the files and take off the read only for the configure.php files. if they dont let u do that, then you need to change hosts so you have more control.
