Help with items sold report

Hello,

 

I recently added a group for a special I was running on several items. now that the sale is over I want to delete the items, however I would like to edit the database to show the sale of them items in the report.

 

The item from the catagory I am deleting, I have the current product listed in my everyday catagories. So does anyone know where in the database it keeps track of the quantity of items sold?

 

Any help would be greatly appriciated

items sold would be found in your order tables
