ERROR! Unable to determine the page link

I am a bit baffled as to what is going on all of a sudden. My site has been live for a long time now, all links worked when Use Search-Engine Safe URLs were set to true (also have it set to true on my other store). Now all of a sudden "1" sub-category link is showing this error. I have looked in the forum and found to change the Use Search-Engine Safe URLs to false. This worked to show that 1 sub-category again, but why is it doing this on just 1, and not the others??

Nothing has been changed and it has always been set to true. Any ideas so I can reset it back to true as it was from the start and keep that 1 sub-category working???

Thanks!

Well it does have something to do with the Search Engine Safe being set to true, just don't understand why after 2 years this has to be changed when all was fine. I did notice, however, that when set to true, it was affecting the shopping cart (not showing continue shopping or checkout) and contained the same error of unable to determine the page link. BUT.. the update button was still there.

Like I said, my other store is set up the EXACT same way only different products and everything is fine.

Any clues at all???
