OSC-Affiliate Banner problem ADVICE!

I can not get the OSC-Affiliate to work on display banner (2) with click tracking. I have checked the paths many times in the configuration.php and there perfect. Can somebody please lend a hand on this problem please. My site is not in catalog its in the ROOT of my site. :(
