VAT applied strangely

I'm new to oscommerce and trying to configure a shop. I've read many inputs in the forums, but can't find a solution.

 

I have set the tax zone (all countries, all zones), the tax class (taxable goods), and the tax rate (16%).

When I fill the product sheet in the Admin, it calculates it OK.

 

e.g.

Price net : 10

Price gross: 11.6

 

BUT then when I go to preview... instead of displaying the VAT included price, it is a lower value as if it applied a lower tax rate.

 

e.g.

Price: 11.04

 

I'm completely lost and can't think of what to change.

Please help!!
