how do i get the program installed

You only have two choices, either you do not have everything uploaded or you are trying to find it in the wrong location. Go ahead and post the url.

do you have a local server,apache or iis or any other ?if you do you should copy the catalog folder to the www server pages and give the correct root to it {like localhost/cataloge/install/install.php

If this is a local install then the pathway to start the install process would be

 

http://localhost/catalog/install (assuming that the files are in the catalog folder in the root of your local server).

 

If you uploaded them via FTP to the root directory of your website, and they are in the 'catalog' folder then the install path would be http://www.yourdomain.com/catalog/install

 

I recommend that you view the Installation guidelines in the Knowledge Base. They should help you with the actual installation procedure, but if there's anything you're not sure of post back here.

Hi, have you fixed the problem? May I asked where you uploaded it? Did you upload it on a remote hosting server. Or did you upload it in a computer within your local network? We will need some more detailed information in order to help you.

 

By the way, what Platform are you using, Windows or Linux, if you are using windows / iis combination remove the .htaccess files in all directories. But we will need more information to help you. Check your configure.php
