I have to do this because I have dropped one column, because I would to use just one column. I have tried to do that by database in "autotheme_configuration" but nothing happen. :'( :'( I have also try to modify inside "catalog\includes" directory "column_right.php" and "column_left.php", but nothing. :'( Please help me!!

You have to config theme.cfg inside your own theme directory.
