Guest Posted December 17, 2004 Share Posted December 17, 2004 Hi, I'm having problems with the Paypal Online Payments. When a customer pays through Paypal using their credit card (Not having a Paypal account), their order gets charged on Paypal, but it doesn't get redirected to our site. So their order never gets placed on our site, it remains in their shopping cart, even though it's been charged on Paypal. The redirection particularly fails when a customer doesn't have an account with Paypal and they order multiple items. Is there a way I can allow the Paypal module to not charge the order until placed on our site and allow multiple items to be ordered through paypal? Thanks in advance! ♥ozcsys Posted December 17, 2004 Share Posted December 17, 2004 This is caused by the customer not clicking on continue after making payment so they never come back to the checkout success page. You need to install a paypal ipn contribution to solve the problem. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems?
