error on order confirmation

on the order confirmation page i get following message which i don?t understand:

Shipping Method (Edit)

Flat Rate (Best Way)

 

somebody nows where the fault is? and the second question

 

we installed spanish credit card acceptance and the site conects perfectly but error message shows up, that there is an error with the shopping basket

 

any clues?

 

ps: we just install the new version as we worked with 2.1 which works perfectly

I had the same problem with this warning:

Have you made any changes to the Countries or Address Book databases? In my case, I had deleted a bunch of the Countries, and I got that error message when I tried to check-out with a current account. I was able to fix it by going to my countries database and changing the United States countries_id to 1, then in the address_book database changing the entry_country_id for all of the customers to 1, also.
