Have forgotton the code & cant find last post

Hi Guys,

 

Can someone please tell me the code that I need to insert that will allow my shopping cart to remain hidden until a product has been added to it.

 

I used it ages ago from a previous post but for the life of me can not find it.

 

You know the one I mean if ($cart>0) etc etc... or something like that.

 

Would anyone care to give me a refresher!
