Any contribs to make usps insurance optional?

Hello,

I want to give customers the option of choosing whether or not their package is insured via usps.

The contributions that I see only allow for insurance to be turned on / off by the store owner, and don't allow it to be an optional choice.

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
