We have our payment area integrated using CyberSource and they seem to be capturing our credit cards... I see the orders we did that are Pending but how do they move passed this point? Is this when they come back Processing from CyberSource?

The orders that go via Cash on delivery go to processing and the orders via nochex go to pending. When i checked the payment went through nochex alright i set it to procesing. Go to your admin and check your orders, you can set the options there. Giovanna

Giovanna <{POST_SNAPBACK}> i used a contribution for cybersource...it has these selections: default delivered pending processing i would like to know, does the integration receive back from the payment processor, that payment went through, or are these choices just terms used? whats the difference with the above? so i have to manually go through and change to delivered once sent out?

Personally I do not use delivered but shipped as I find I get less questions from customers. Depending on how you are processing payments you can start with pending or processing. I usually use processing as the default and then when the order is shipped I change the status to shipped and if there is a tracking number involved send that to the customer when I change the status.
