scotch33 Posted December 17, 2004 Share Posted December 17, 2004 Morning! OK. I am creating a store for a VAT registered customer. I have followed the guide in the collaborative doc effort and set a tax zone, a tax rate etc. However when I test the shop it is not adding the tax at the end as I want. I think the prob is changing the Zone in my store from the default 'florida'. When I try to change this to UK in that section the dropdown list is completly unpopulated. Just an empt box. How do i get the zones to appear in this box so I can assign the correct zone and then (theoretically) gat it to use the tax rate I have just set up. Am I being stupid? Guest Posted January 31, 2006 Share Posted January 31, 2006 To Select a different Zone than the default Florida Zone: An Example (using England as new Zone). In Admin: 1. go to Locations / Taxes 2. click on Zones 3. Click The New Zone button at the bottom of the page 4. put England as the Zones Name: 5. put En as the Zones Code: 6. select United Kingdom as the Country: 7. go to Configuration 8. click on My Store 9. select Zone from the list in My Store 10. click the Edit button on the right of Zone 11. choose England from the Drop Down Menu 12.
