Shipping rates

Is it at all possible to set the shipping rate for product X as $1 product Y at $4 AND NOT GIVE THEM THE OPTION to choose the which shipping method they want to use.

 

I just want the form to automatically calculate the shipping and give them NO choice.

 

Then if they choose product x and y they will get charged a different rate but again NOT be given any options.
