Guest Posted December 17, 2004 Posted December 17, 2004 hi, our locL CITIBANK have just upgraded the system and require us to merge the online cart with the SOAP scripts to work on the payment module. i wonder have any one done this before or will this be possible?? thanks!

cannuck1964 Posted December 18, 2004 Posted December 18, 2004 Yes, SOAP is a XML request/reply system. The LinkPoint system uses a similar system, in that is is XML based requests. To include this system into osC would follow along the same methodology. To implement this, might be a simple matter of converting the link point API available here in the contributions to use the same format as SOAP. The reply portion may need to be built, as I am not sure if this is part of the contribution or not (I have not looked at it in a long time now). cheers and HTH Peter M.
