For example we want customers buying from Peru, US, Canada to have the same Zone rates and Customers from Ghana, Nigeria, Togo etc to have the same Zone rates. How do we do that? our home country is Ghana and we even want some cities in Ghana to have a free shipping rate. How do we do all of these. Thanks
