epdq module help!!

I am having the following problem setting up the epdq module

 

Whether a card is declined or successful, the orders are still generated and entered into the database, and emails are sent to myself and to the customer. This is obviously causing me trouble, and I am supposed to be going live today!!

 

i realise this probably has something to do with integrating the epdq_success.php file in there somewhere, but i really can't work out how. Whenever I try and go via the epdq_success.php file i get a err=notFound error in the address bar.

 

somebody please help?!
