Change Path & Product Header Text

Hi,

 

I was wondering if anyone knew what files I would have to modify to change the following?

 

1 - Navigation (Top ? Catalog ) I would like to change the text to Home >> Music

 

2- On categories when viewing products it gives you the followinfg details:

 

Product Name+ Price Buy Now -- How can I change that text?
